What is included in the luxury boarding service?

Our luxury boarding includes premium overnight accommodations with no kennels where dogs roam freely indoors and outdoors, pool access for summer playtime, daily walks, toys and agility equipment, daily updates with photos including nap and cuddle time. We accept all sizes and breeds.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire Bay Area and are conveniently located near San Jose Airport, SAP Center, and Levi's Stadium. Drop-off and pickup services are available for an extra fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

For daycare: no fee if cancelled 48 hours in advance, 50% fee if cancelled less than 48 hours. For boarding: no fee if cancelled 2 weeks prior, 50% of booking fee charged if cancelled after 2 weeks.

Do you offer discounts for new clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes! New clients receive 20% off their first booking. We also have a referral program where you receive 20% off your next booking once your referred friend completes their stay.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, cash, check, and credit cards. 50% of the booking is due at scheduling, with the balance due at pick-up.

What certifications does your staff have?

Accepted Answer

Our staff is certified in PetTECH CPR, First Aid & Care for Pets, Professional Dog Care, Health & Safety, and Luxury Pet Resort services. We are also members of Luxury Pet Services.
